## 制度概要

2017-04 に暗号資産交換業の登録制度が開始され、国内で暗号資産と法定通貨との交換サービスを行うには登録が必要となった。FSA は、警告書を発出した無登録の海外所在業者（所在不明を含む）の一覧と個別公表を公開している。
